WebRTC Softphone WordPress Plugin

WebRTC Softphone  is a  Free WebRTC communication Plugin developed for WordPress. It supports voice using the SIP protocol over WebSockets. It is allowing end users to make and take calls directly from a supported web browser using WebRTC. WebRTC stands for “Web Real-Time Communications,” a technology focused on embedding real-time communications, such as voice, directly within web browsers. This plugin will enable end users of  to stay in touch, as well as provide exciting new options for contact centers  within their environments. The client can be used to connect to any SIP or IMS network from your preferred browser to make and receive audio call.

Server requirements

To use WebRTC Softphone, you require a SIP proxy that supports the SIP over WebSockets transport.

Currently the following SIP servers have been tested:

  • reSIProcate and repro
  • Frafos ABC SBC
  • TekSIP
  • FreeSwitch
  • Also Supported  Hosted Business VoIP Service like ( OnSIP )

How to Use

Just Install the Plugin in your WordPress activate it  and go to setting menu -> WebRTC Softphone













After entering Sip configuration detail and change icon color (optional) click on Save Changes button.

Now you can see animated icon on your website front page.














Click on icon. Then Softphone will be appeared..It should also be appeared when incoming call will be coming on same sip address.















In the status: Connected (Registered) means user is Login properly in Server.. now you can call the other user














On Incoming Call Softphone automatically opened. and you can accept or reject the call
